The golfing rights of owners at Pirin Golf - Bansko

Due to the increasing number of enquiries about the 18 hole Ian Woosnam golf course in Bansko and the uncertainty who will play golf and have access to it, the exclusive developers of Pirin Golf Resort (Pirin Golf & Country Club) agreed to disclose those parts from Pirin Golf contracts, which clearly state the golfing rights of Pirin Golf & Country Club residential property owners and their guests (tenants).

Golfing rights, which come with property ownership are implicitly included in Pirin Golf property contracts (golfing section seen above). This is among other things one of the biggest investment advantages, which Pirin Golf and Country Club owners get. No one outside Pirin Golf Resort can get right to play Pirin golf course with legal guarantee.
