Pirin Golf residents' exclusive rights on the golf officially confirmed!

Pirin Golf & Country Club President, Mr. Nikolay Kaloyanov signed an OFFICIAL STATEMENT, which puts an end to any further speculation about the status of the 18-hole Ian Woosnam golf course and the entire golf infrastructure inside Pirin Golf & Country Club. The document (see below) gives a clear answer, who will have access to the Pirin Golf golf infrastructure in Bansko Razlog valley, Bulgaria.

It also reconfirms that the owners of the Ian Woosnam design golf course have never entered into any agreement with any developer, building outside for providing golf or use of the golf infrastructure on any basis. The official document underlines that using Pirin Golf & Country Club proprietary marketing material without authorization is illegal. All developers and agents who use Pirin Golf and Country Club masterplan map or 3-D images without written consent from their owner - Pirin Golf Holidays Club Jsc., must immediately remove this material from all marketing brochures, websites etc. Those using Pirin Golf copyright material without authorisation may face legal action.

Following the trend of growing prices in the Bulgarian gated golf resorts (The Lighthouse Golf & SPA increased prices with 10% in October 2007 , Ibar Country Golf Club is expected to follow with 3-15% price rise from 1 December 2007) it is widely believed that Pirin Golf & Country Club prices will be raised too. Construction in most Districts have reached roof level.

Only a couple of properties are available inside Pirin Golf & Country Club, qualifying as genuine golf property overlooking the Ian Woosnam design golf course.
