Reservations and viewing trips payment
You can reserve an apartment or house at Pirin Golf & Country Club - Bansko , or pay for inspection (viewing) trip to Bulgaria.
How it works?- Following your instructions we take off the open market the unit ( off-plan apartment or house ).
- You pay the reservation fee online.
- Within 24 hours we send to you a copy of the Purchase option agreement. You fill it in and return it back to us.
From that moment on the unit (apartment, house) is reserved exclusively for you as buyer for the period specified in the Purchase option agreement (usually 30 days).
Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable, but fully deductible from the first installment after Preliminary contract is signed. If you decide to buy an apartment with FIRST BULGARIA™ we shall refund fully the cost of you inspection trip as well.
