We offer "ready-to-rent" Pirin Golf furnishing service, which includes the full inventory pack with all household items (bed and linen, dining sets, cutlery etc.) needed for personal use and letting.
Apartments and houses furnished by First Bulgaria fully comply with our Property management service and holiday letting offer.
Our prices include:- Design consultancy , measurement of the property on site to ensure the furniture fits the appropriate spaces.
- VAT and all applicable taxes.
- Delivery , transport, installation and testing.
- Cleaning of the property after installation and testing.
- If the client decides for a household pack delivery , all items are unpacked and cleaned to “ready to use” condition.
- Electrical appliances for the kitchen: 2-4 ring ceramic hob, oven , refrigerator/freezer, extractor hood.
- Optional upgrades – one year insurance , etc.
