Pirin II District is situated south of the main road. The design planned for the quarter is a combination of linked and individual apartment houses. The communications network provides access to the underground and on-ground parking lots.

The quarter features two major internal spaces with pedestrian access from the north between Block 1 and Block 3. The internal spaces are beautifully landscaped, with recreation areas, two pools and coffee shops.

The project is developed on five principal levels comprising an underground parking lot and four floors above. The construction follows the descending slope.

Pirin II District`s surroundings are mostly lush meadows sprinkled with colourful wild flowers and rare pine trees scattered by nature just beneath the steeply ascending slopes of Pirin mountain Carnako area.

The architectural concept borrows from the rich local traditions using basic materials and details typical for the Bansko Razlog area, known for its beautiful, ancient and historical mountain area houses. A mix of stonework and plaster, wood boarding, wooden balconies and roof details contributes to the elegance of the small blocks. All apartments have spacious terraces, the ground floor apartments individual courtyards.
