The plot for Pirin II District is located South of the main road - opposite Downtown Blocks 4, 5 and 6. . Its approved architectural design is the same as the one of the most successful Pirin - III District (sold) and Pirin - I District . The architectural plan is a combination of linked and individual apartment blocks. All apartments have spacious terraces, the ground floor apartments individual courtyards.

The District approved plan features two major internal spaces with pedestrian access from the North between Block 1 and Block 3. The internal space is designed to be landscaped, with recreational areas, two open air swimming pools and coffee shops.

Due to the economic downturn, a decision was made to put Pirin - II District development on hold in order to make the whole resort operational. Pirin - II District has planning permission, "ready-to-start" architectural and construction plans.
